I laid 3 plys of BID around a can that was wrapped in duct tape. Once it cured I cut the ends of the Can off and removed the metal. I then sanded the end lips in preparation for closure. I used 2 pieces of 1/4" foam as ends and laid 2 plys BID on each side and peel plyed both sides.
I used an old epoxy can as a mold for the Vent Manifold
