constructed 3 ribs for the Fuel SumpThigh rest. used 3/8th blue foam and tried to bend it around the ribs; however is broke is the max ben radious so I used Dry Mico to fill it in and fair it. Then I layed 2 plys of BID over the outside and peelplyed it all. I then removed the top skin and laied 2 plys of BID on the inside and Peel plyed the entire ionside surface. I then screwed it down to the ribs to maintain the contour while it cured.
