Brief Description: Installing Bulkheads in Left Strake
Installed the Bulkhead nearest the fuselage past the Wheel well and the bulkheads for the Gear box side that will house the dry bay for the Hyd Tubes. All the Bulkheads were prepared the same way. 1 Ply Bid on both sides of H45 foam that had Micro Slurry on the foam and everything peel plied. then once that was cured we routed out1/4" of the foam where the bond would attach to the strake skin or each other. We then put FOX in the routed out area and used FOX to create fillets and laid up 1 Ply BID "Wet" and peel plied everything.
