ok first I laid a piece of foam out over the bottom and placed nut plates along the top of the foam and then glassed over everything. I used Wax to fill the nut plate holes so there would be no resin in the nut plates. After it cured I used a drill to drill out the glass over the nut plate holes. Then I used duct tape over everything and used pore a foam to fill the void and contoured it and glassed in all in. Once it cured I cut through the NACA scoop and I popped it all off cleaned it up and glassed in the bottom using FLOX on the seams. Bam a hell hole cover.... yea I have more work to do to make the fastener interface for the cover but it is coming along
