Brief Description: Prepairing to Install Carbon Right Rudder Hinge
Fitted the Carbon hinge in place with Rudder. It took several attempt to ensure the proper alignment to both the rudder and trailing edge of the Winglet. I drilled 1/8" holes and Cleco'ed the hinge in place on both the winglet and rudder. I checked my Hydsol and found out it was expired so I had to order more. Wouldn't take a chance on using out of date adhesive. I also drilled an access hold through the top of the winglet to install the keeper from the top. I will be able to remove the "Keeper" hinge pin through the top of the winglet to remove the rudder.
