Brief Description: Filling gap between Roll over Structure and Rear F
I had to sand the Rear Front Canopy Bow to fit/interface with the Roll Over Bow at an angle so the canopy could open freely without binding against the roll over bow as it sings up. Once I determined the right angle and shape I used foam to glass in a wedge to fill in the Gap. There was a significant gap on the right side due to an error I made so I taped everything up and used liquid expanding foam to fill the gap... Sanded everything flush and applied 2 layers of BID @ 45. After it cured enough I used a razor knofe to trip even with the Roll Over Bow. Once it is fully cured I wiill remove the canopy and lay up 2 plys of BID on the Inside.... then I will router out the foam and complete the Front of the rear canopy bow with Roving using the same process as I did on the front Canopy Bow
