Brief Description: Completed the Rear Canopy Fire Wall Rollover struc
This required Preperation inside the Bow followed by 2 seperate Layups. Contorued the inside Foam and replaced some Foam Areas... Skinned the inside of the Bow with 2 plys of BID and applied Peel Ply. Once this was cured I rounter a 3/4" deep groove between the top and inside skin and prepaired the groove for FLOX and Roving. Then potted the Groove with FLOX and placed 1 Ply of BID into Groove followed by ROVING see Picture #2. Once roving was installed, Additional FLOX was placed over the Roving and the 1 Ply of BID was lapped back over the Face of the roving onto the top of the roll over structure. The final sep was to Apply Peel Ply.
