Removed the large access plate and cleaned the sealant from teh mating surfaces. Checked the fuel level sender for accurate position. Prepared to install the beef up plates. Tested a sample of the PRC tha I have for proper sealing. Reseated the emgine block heater to 60 ft. lbs. torque. It was still leaking.
