Brief Description:  Aft fuselage assembly

Today, I deburred the holes in the baggage rib angles and the baggage ribs themselves, I also edged and deburred the 818D bellcrank rib.

I cut the two F-857 seat rib brackets to approximate shape as per the plans and filed to final shape, edging and deburring the edges. I then clecoed the four seat belt brackets to the seat rib brackets, two to each, and drilled the 1/8th holes to full size, I then deburred and edged all seat belt brackets, I primed the contact surfaces between the seat rib brackets and the four seat belt brackets, when they were dry I riveted them together.

I deburred and edged the F-819 aft deck spacer and the F-811D spacer/control stop.

I clecoed together the lower longerons and the seatbelt bracket assemblies and final drilled the 3/16th holes to #12. I will debur and edge these later.

I clecoed the two lower and middle longerons to their respective aft side skins.

I clecoed the F-807 bulkhead assembly onto the fwd fuselage assembly. I also clecoed the Baggage rib assemly to the rear of the F-807 bulkhead, and called it a day. I'll final drill the common 1/8th rivet holes tomorrow.
