I clecoed the farileads to the aft face of teh F807B bulkhead. I drilled the rivet holes to full size, I took the fairlaeds off of te hbulkhead and then edged and deburred the fairleads and the rivet holes and cutout used for the straps in the bulkhead. I dimpled the rivet holes for the fairleads in the bulkhead and machine countersunk the same holes on the fairleads themselves. I then primed the mating surfaces between the parts, when dry I riveted the fairleads to the bulkhead.
I cut the tabs off of the F-818 baggage rib angles. I clecoed them to their respective ribs and also clecoed the F818D bellcrank into place. I drilled the 1/8th rivet holes common with both rib angles and their ribs, as well as the rivet holes common between teh baggage ribs/angles, and the bellcrank, these were drilled to #40. I then disassembled all parts and deburred the edges and the rivet holes previously drilled.
I machine countersunk the baggage rib angle nutplate attach rivet holes for flush rivets and opened the screw holes to the nutplates to #12.
