I rubbed down the skins inner surfaces in prep for priming later. I also rubbed down (deep breath). F-805B left and right floor support angles. F-860A left and right arm rests. F-860B left and right middle arm rests. F-860C left and right aft arm rests. F-805 fwd bulkheads left and right. F-806A left and right aft bulkheads F-805G gussets, and the F-815 outboard seat rib angles.
I deburred them next.
I final drilled the #40 nut plate attach holes on all parts just edged and dimpled/machine countersunk as intructed in the build manual.
Also, I passed the 800hr mark today.
