I cut the holes out of both ribs for the 708 access plates. I was able to use the clamps to clamp both the ribs and the wood to the drill 'table'. this was the first time I've used the drill press I was happy it worked properly. I also marked both ribs for the 708 access plates, I used a 'T' sqaure along the spar side of the ribs, lining up with the rivet holes for the pickup lock mounting, thinking that this would keep the access plate level,as required. It did perfectly I then clamped the access plate to the rib and marked the screw holes and drilled two. I clecoed the parts toghether and finished drilling all the screw holes.
