Brief Description:  Port flap hinge continued.

Today, I finished the port flap hinge work. I cut the hinge pin to the correct lengths that I needed making two pins. I used two 1100-08 nutplates this time, further apart, because I thought using only one nutplate was causing the hinge pins to get 'in each others way' on the starboard flap. This did give me more room to work when trying to install the pins. I fabricated the two new locking blocks. and when time came to the pins with the flap they worked perfectly. I rounded off the pins and also gently drilled a bevel into the entry lugs, of the hinge half, for the pins, hoping to help locate and start the pins when trying to install them. It seemed to work just fine. I may modify the starboard side to match. When it came time to screw down the locking blocks the screws being magnetic stayed with my magnetic screwdriver, but the blocks being aluminium did not. A small dab of axle grease on the screws held the blocks in place and solved that problem.
