Brief Description: Worked F-706, F-707, F-708, F-710 bulkhead pieces
There are a number of bulkheads that form the fuselage structure, each successively smaller until you reach the empennage. Each of these bulkhead pieces is extremely flimsy--easily some of the lightest material I've worked with so far. When they come out of the punch, they are quite warped and require a significant amount of flanging, fluting, and reshaping. After doing all of that and working the edges, I quit for the day.
F-706 bulkhead pieces before flanging...very warped!
