All the tank components were cleaned with acetone and rivets left to soak, then dried.
Areas were masked for a clean fillet.
Method 2 was used to apply sealant (180gms) to bottom of all ribs and secure with 2 clekos per rib. The skin was then pulled over the top of the ribs and placed in jig with additional clekos.
The clekos were allowed to squeeze the sealant for a period of time and then rivets were pulled.
Afeter rivets were applied the masking tape was removed and a fillet prepared on both end ribs.
