Made a jig to cross drill wheel axle, should have drilled and pinned it with a 3/32 cleko as the axle moved when up drilling. Will have to drill out to suit an AN6 bolt on my mill/drill at home.
Cut radius plates to length, smoothed edges, marked centreline and match drilled from angle bracket to 1/4"
Matched rear tailcone to fuselage, levelled and run string line down to check alignment. I need to remove some material from bottom longerons to get a perfect fit, very close first time and shows how good the quality of the kit is.
