Brief Description: Supafill tip and rivet second spar stiffener
Superfil was mixed at 2:1 ratio and used to smooth the transition of fibreglass to aluminium joints.
Being one of the first tail kits, my rear stiffener spar had the four centre holes slightly out and this was not picked up by SPA prior to shipping my inventory. I had to order 5/32 countersunk rivets from ACS and drill out to clean up the mis-alignment. This was done and dimpled and then the spar stiffener was riveted onto the front spar channel. Not a big deal but a pain in the butt being so far away from aircraft hardware.
