Started to match drill rudder and used jig plate in end rib to prevent any twist. Made an error by not trimming 1/8 from the underlap not allowing the ribs to sit fully forward. Deviated from plans to correct with some 1/16" packing match drilled to suit the hinge. This will sit behind the hinge and set the angle correct on the lap.
Drilled in hinge and then match drilled all holes out to #30
Dis-assembled then fitted the rudder stiffeners, trimmed to fit, drilled out to #30, deburred, dimpled and riveted into position.
