I have this old airplane battery from my Cherokee and charged it up. It holds 13 volts easily. This will be a great way to test electrical stuff.
I tested the AVEO light and it works fine. The position and strobe work independent of each other. Apparently there was an earlier model where the strobe worked only when the position lights were on. AVEO seems to have changed this. Now they both work independent. There is also a 4th wire used for synchonizing the stobe light with wing tip strop lights. The circuitary is alreay built in. I can't test that yet because I haven't bought the wing lights yet.
