Rans S-7S Courier
Welcome to my Website documenting the building of my Rans S-7S Courier Aircraft. I will try to keep this site up to date as I begin the project in 2008. Hope you enjoy it. The S-7S Courier is a tractor powered, tandem seating two place in a tail dragger configuration. Controls are standard stick and rudder with dual throttles. The craft features a welded steel fuselage and tail assembly, with aluminum tube ladder construction in the wings, covered in standard aircraft covering materials. Empty Weight: 700 lbs. Gross Weight: 1320 lbs. Wing Span: 29.3 ft. Wing Area: 147.1 sq. ft. Engine: 912 Rotax Cruise Speed: 118 m.p.h. Stall Speed: 41 m.p.h. VNE: 130 m.p.h.
