Brief Description:	Breaker bus bar, second governor switch
Fabricated a brass bus bar to connect the five top breakers. This bar will be fed by two 12 gauge wires from the battery. Also added another switch for a redundant governor circuit which will be fed by a small gel cell battery and tied to the main Gov circuit via a diode to charge the gel cell but still protect it from shorts in the main bus.
