Brief Description:	Cut part of the counter weight from the right elev
As I reread some of the pages and looked though the plans to rebuild teh left elevator I saw the note on balancing the counter balance . I began cutting the lead counter weigh about 10mm off the lead counter weight. (after marking the 5/8" distances suggested by the plans. Then I cut sections from the counter weight) I estimated the weight of the vinyl wrap and removed the protective vinyl from the elevator.
