Debur, dimple and back rivet the stiffeners to the aileron skin, for both Left and Right Ailerons. Bend aileron skins to appropriate angle and work trailing edge radius to specifications. Applied RTV to the inside trailing edge where the stiffeners come together to reduce vibration and cracking
