Brief Description:	Rear Spar started
Deburred the HS-609 spar reinforcement bars and radiused the outside edges to fit into HS-603 Clecoed Both HS-609's into the HS-603's and fit HS-413 and HS412 brackets into position as well as the HS-411's with the VA-146 bearing in place. Match drilled all the #30 holes in spar, then drilled out the HS-708 holes to #21 Match drilled the second HS-411 using the predrilled HS-411 and VA-146 as a guide.
