Brief Description:	Blind rivets done on rudder
Was still unable to get into the last rivet on the bottom trailing edge. so I used the optional MK-319-BS blind rivet after enlarging the hole as directed to 7/64 Before closing up the skin, I applied the suggested RTV silicon to the trailing edge of the stiffeners. All done with the rudder except the leading edge roll which I will do later afte reading up on it a bit
