Time to take a break and cut something ...oil door time. I marked and cut the panel out for the oild door with the dremel. I found tha there was a perfect orientation of the door blank that set nicely flush .. marked the corners and cut it out. I saved the pink insides and will bond it to the bottom of the door for extra stiffness -- which universally seems to be needed according to the reports.
