Brief Description:	Lay up plug flange
Use the snokel flang plug mold to lay up the flange. Apply PVA and then wax to smooth surface, and then start laying up fiberglass to make the plug flange. After curing, remove the plug (by carefully chipping out the foam. Came out beautifully!
