Brief Description:	Rebuild left elevator II
Finished rebuild of the left elevator in about 3 days of focused work. Build quality was better than the original, now that I know what I'm doing. Elevator fitup on the Emp is complete and is "good as new" I was able save the trim tab from the original though.
