Brief Description:	Initial install of the ailerons and flaps.
First installation of the control surfaces on the wings. Ailerons went on very easily and used the alignment tool to set the lenght of the fore/aft aileron pushrods. Tried to use the "fat rivet" method to hold the flap brace to the top skin to drill the flap hinges. It took a bit of experimentation to get to hold properly. The bracket kept popping out.
