Brief Description:	Elevator tips fill
To get a nice surface on the front of the elevator tip against the counterweight, I decided to fill the tip slightly with epoxy. I set up a dam with a strip of peel-ply backed by some duct tape, mixed the expoy and added some West System 410 lightweight filler till the mix was thick but still would settle. Then I poured enough into the tip dam until it would just cover all the surface ... then wait! I also filled the HS tips with the same process.
