Brief Description:	Fitting the rudder horn
Fitted the reinforcing bracket and drilled the skins/bracket. Fabricated the CS-918 flanges for the fiberglass covering for the bottom of the rudder. Easy to do! Fitted and drilled; found that I didn't check edge distance on the forward-most hole, and screwed up the drill pattern. Will order new material and re-do. Deburred and dimpled ribs, couterbalance skin, and spars. Still need to dimple some of the tight areas on the ribs.
