Leaving the confines of Terra firma has been a passion of mine since the age of 9. I always walked around with my eyes to the sky. Becoming a pilot at a young age started me on a lifetime journey. I've owned and operated numerous airplanes since those childhood days. My interest in building an RV12 was fueled when I watched and eventually helped my next door hangar friend, Jim Olson work on his latest RV12 project. The Blairsville Municipal Airport (KDZJ) has been a great place to form lifetime friendships with likeminded men and women that have the same passion for aviation. I placed an order with Vans Aircraft, Inc. for the RV-12 Empennage kit today. Order was sent by mail along with check for payment.
