Rudder stops |
|
|
My goal is to get as much done as I can before taking the plane to the airport for the avionics work. After the avionics work, then I can rivet the final skin on and install the wings. I hoping that Charlie West will help with that and then we can run the engine. Today, I made the rudder stops, after changing the blade in my band saw:) I then installed them. I made the up elevator stop and installed it. Then started trimming the fiberglas cover. Looks like there will be a lot of rework to get the cover to fit well. I'll start on the wheel pants and gear leg fairings next. I had some time left before leaving for the gym so I installed the air vents in the cabin and the rudder cable exit covers. |
