I researched AD's and Van's service bulletins and added more items to my punchlist. I called and ordered a new servo gasket to comply with an Emergency AD. I checked the fuel tank Z-bracket bolts per Van's service bulletin. Mike and I checked all control surface throws. We had to adjust the elevator up throw and the ailerons. I removed and reworked the lower cowling bracket #$@%&*(. What a pain to work on. I have to glue the nuts in order to get the bolts started. I installed the 4 AN4-13A wing bolts that I missed putting in when we attached the wings. I had to open the hole in the lower cowl for the gascolator and I installed the lower wing skirt screws. I stepped out on faith and scheduled Bob Woods for Thursday PM. Ended the day doing paper work.
