Brief Description:	Fixed throttle quadrant
The adjustment screw for the outer cable housing was incorrectly installed (put in at an angle so the cable housing would not fit through the bottom hole). I had to screw a new 5mm screw into the threaded blind nut embedded in the plastic of the housing, heat the screw with a large soldering iron until the plastic surrounding the blind nut melted and then changed the angle of the screw so it was aimed a the hole in the Throttle Quadrant mounting bracket.
