Brief Description:	Used new tool to adjust airbrake torque
The documentation says the airbrake should release with 80kg-cm torque. I attached the airbrake to the airbrake lift rods and closed the airbrake, It took 40kg-cm to open. I had to remove the airbrake, remove the bolt in the turnbuckle and turn it 1/2 a turn, reassemble and measure again. The torque was 50kg-cm. Repeated this and the torque went up slowly, then jumped tp 75 to open and 85 to close. Another 1/2 turn and it was will above 90 to open, so I backed it off to the 75 value.
