Brief Description:	Tested VHF COM Radio
Purchased handheld ICOM Com radio for backup purposes. Compared signal from hand held to my internal antenna (di-pole antenna designed for composite aircraft). Because the carbon fiber is concuctive, I did not get a real strong signal compared to my hand held ICOM so I am going to install an external antenna. I was not real impressed with the Dynon COM radio, I thought it would would receive weeker signals than the ICOM handheld with it's rubber antenna.
