Brief Description:	Attach carbon fiber to panel front, drill holes
I prepared the panel for the carbon fiber coating by sanding it down and spray painting the edges black. I drilled 7/16 holes for circuit breakers on the left side of the panel. Applied the carbon fiber laminante to the front of the panel. Using a dremel and small diamond bit I removed the cutout portions on the front where the instruments will go. I also opened the screw holes with the small tool. Installed the radio stack trays.
