Used the paperclip method to check the gap between the top of the baffle metal and the inside of the upper cowl. There were only a couple of places where the gap was excessive,..as much as 3/4 inch. The back port baffle, where the oil cooler will go, needed to be trimmed quite a bit to not interfere with the cowl.
