Brief Description:	canopy fitting, drilled frame for skirt
Worked on fitting the canopy. Used 100mph tape to hold it in place. Drilled 4 holes in each canopy rib for the skirt, #40 size. Found that when the canopy is forward, the front bottom edge conflicts with the top skin. Posted a pic on vansairforce.net asking if other builders have had this problem. Got a response back from my inquiry. The advice from two builders who had done this was to snip off the aluminum that was causing the confict. I did that and the canopy now rolls all the way forward. Experimented with tapping #4 in the holes that I drilled tonight. The tap rotates in the handle and I cannot tap with the tiny #4 tap.
