Brief Description:	mounting strips for skybolt fasteners
Although I put in a few hours today (actually more than I logged) I did not get a lot accomplished. I continued the fitting of the cowl, and worked on the fastener mounting strip. My drill press stopped working when I was trying to scallop the edges of the mounting bracket for the skybolt fasteners along the top of the cowl at the firewall. I decided to go with hinges on the vertical sides of teh cowl at the firewall as well as the horizontal split line of the cowl.
