Drilled pilot holes on new skin. 0.025 2024T3 Aluminum. Cleco'd in place and trimed excess to correct wing dimensions. Matched up to Wing. On inspection, found a doubler at the aileron push rod hole which needs replaced. Previous builder installed and cut right through a rivet. Fabricated and installed a replacement doubler. Installed new hardware on belcranks and routed safety wire throughout the wing for future guide to installing appropriate marker light wiring.
