Today I began by drilling a #40 hole in the middle of the nuts that I had JB Welded onto the flap bearings to let the grease into the junction. I then installed the grease fittings into the nuts; it worked real well...I wonder if anyone has JB Welded an entire fuselage...never mind; foolishness! I then began to mount the flap drive linkages onto the spars and noticed that my drive holes in the ribs weren't lining up. So I had to enlarge a few of the flap drive holes in the ribs.
