Today I began by cutting out the edge gussetts. Then I deburred them and cut the lightening hole in them using a fly cutter. Next, I took out the beloved BobStick and flanged the lightening holes. Then I bent the inner edge of the gussetts to 90 degrees to give them added strength. Finally, I lined them up, clamped the down and finished drilling the initial #40 holes in the top of the right flap.
