Brief Description:	Installed the second left top skin.
Today I put locktite on the bolts and permanently installed the left wing tank straps to the main spar. I then used my new edge roller and ran a nice bend into the overlap of the top skin. I then installed the second skin onto the skeleton and clecoed it into place.
