Brief Description:	Sanding and Filing
The right top horizontal stabilizer was sanded to the point of being ready for finial finish. The rudder was extensively worked on with filing and sanding as necessary. I also rolled on a coat of Advantage primer on much of the fuselage bottom and the 2/3 of the flap bottom. I use 3 coats at least when this is done.
