Brief Description:	Flap actuator/Fwd baggage
I got word back from Van's. They provided little help. I spent a lot of time positioning the A-406 flap actuator bracket so the top of the flap actuator would be centered as close as possible, then drilled the holes for the A-406 and attached it. There ended up being very little side load on the flap actuator jackshaft. I deburred and riveted the F-870Cs and the F-870PP forward baggage floor and stiffeners. I made the F-870BL, deburred and riveted it to the F-820PPL.
