Cleco and drill E-610 and 11PP and platenuts to E-702 spar. Prepped clecoed, and drilled E-703 and 704 ribs together, then to E-702 and removed from spar. Clecoed E-713 to E-703 and 4 with E-714 counterbalance in it. Drilled counterbalance and removed from assembly. Clecoed and drilled counterwieght subassembly to spar. Clecoed and drilled E-709 to spar. Clecoed skin to understructure. Removed E-709 clecoes and clecoed and drilled WD-605-1-R. Drilled all holes in skin. Disassembled elevator.
