Fluted all horizontal ribs, drilled out horizontal spars and ribs, and clecoed left hand horizontal together. Some of the HS-904 ribs didn't line up with the holes in the skin, so we took a piece of aluminum and clamped it and the rib into the vice, then we bent down the flange that connects to the front spar with a rubber malet to shorten the rib slightly.
