Fitted fuel filler hose to tank inlet and angled it back and upwards as much as possible. I was worried that when it was on it's wheels that it would angle back too much and I wouldn't be able to fill the tank without it backing up. I decided to get it on its wheels and measure the angle with a spirit level. I found that it was not quite level so I added fuel to the tank through the filler hose and found that the tank filled fine with a little fuel remaining in the hose.
